This 1720 Class Model was handmade in Stainless Steel & Copper sailing with her gennaker up.
This is my most detailed of my yacht models to date working from class line drawings.
Her Stainless Steel hull is polished to a mirror finish with brushed folded jib on the foredeck. The cockpit is brushed with hatch, guard rail and topsides polished to contrast.
The mainsail is brushed with stitching sail and baton detail. The Copper gennaker also has detailed stitching with a lacquered finish.
The impression of movement is achieved by angle of the hull through ‘water’.
The 1720 is mounted on a brushed Stainless Steel plate.
